4.00pm to 6.15pm – Welcome and Yoga Practice
6.30pm Sit down Dinner
7.45pm – Yoga Nidra
SATURDAY
7.00am to 9.00am – Yoga Practice
9.30am – Breakfast/Brunch
4.00pm to 6.00pm – Yoga Practice
6.45pm Sit down Dinner
During the course of the day there will be prearranged optional activities or just choose to chill out.
A light lunch will be provided
SUNDAY
8.00am to 10.00am – Final Yoga Practice
10.30am – Breakfast/Brunch
