Many thanks and much love to all for sharing in and providing such a wonderful weekend!!! It was a genuine pleasure to meet everyone and I very much look forward to sharing in another exploration with you all in the future.
Well I must keep it short (hopefully sweet) as I am very busy and it is (just now) dinnertime.

What an incredible weekend. I really enjoyed every minute of it.
Fellow retreaters- you were all so lovely to be around and share my yoga practice with.
I am really keen on attending the Bali retreat
Sue - can you put my down for Bali please? I am trying to work and concentrate (I had yesterday off too) but my mind keeps going back to the Yoga retreat…………. Such fond memories and
I gleaned so much from all of you.

Sue gifted a weekend where I had the opportunity to be emotionally, physically and spiritually replenished though yoga practice, meditation, amazing food and an extraordinary bush setting.
The most unexpected bonus was the connectedness I felt with all the lovely people who shared the journey; such generosity, laughter and kindness really nourished me when I needed such an experience the most.
I have found my tribe

This was my first retreat and I had huge reservations about my ability to keep up with the length of the sessions due to my limited experience.
My concerns were gone by the first day. Sue has the ability to calm and build confidence within you. The retreat was one of the best things I have ever done
Highly recommended for people of all levels
